Job Description

The Finance Assistant will be integral to the efficient operation of the accounting and finance department within a reputable not-for-profit organisation.   • Assist with processing invoices and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Participate in annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure financial matters are handled effectively.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
ProfileA successful Finance Assistant should have:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
