Job Description

NJR Recruitment are delighted to be once again working alongside a National & Leading firm of Chartered Financial Planners with offices in Cheshire, Leeds and London. An exciting opportunity is available for an Income Analyst’ to join their large offices based just outside of the Chester area.Candidates applying should have remuneration and reconciliation experience using the business management model of Adviser Office. The role would perhaps suit someone from an IFA Admin or someone from a Group Schemes / Employee Benefits background.The role specifically deals with commissions but experience of working with Adviser Office is critical. The role sits within our finance department and general duties will consist of;

  • Responsible for the recording, accuracy and reporting of commission/fee information
  • Reporting for commission/fees throughout the Group
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the Business Management module of Adviser Office
  • New Business is entered onto the system with accuracy and within deadlines and any queries are dealt with as efficiently as possible
  • Any issues that have not been resolved are escalated if all other routes have been exhausted
  • Reconciling fees. (support to be provided by Accounts Assistant to enter the fees onto AO each month)
  • Liaise with colleagues, product providers, IRESS and any other relevant 3rd parties, where required
  • Provide general and training support, with colleagues, as and when required.
  • Liaise with the Operations Director regarding any software/ reporting issues and attend meetings, conference calls where necessary
  • Commission/Fees work will cover 3-4 days per week and the remainder on Accounts work and Development in the finance function.FOR FURTHER INFORMAT GET IN TOUCH WITH THE TEAM TODAY. NJR11157
