Hybrid working and free gym membership are also on offer.The RoleIn this varied but focused role, as an eCommerce Support Assistant, you will play a key role in our sales process, supporting customers and ensuring their orders are processed.Specifically, you will be involved with:- Sales order processing and providing customers with order status updates- Placing purchase orders with suppliers and checking stock availability- Stock control- Dealing with customer enquiries- Customer services provision, such as dealing with returns- Assisting with eCommerce marketing activities- Handling and distribution of inbound phone calls and messagesAbout YouTo be considered as an eCommerce Support Assistant, you will need:- A good level of IT understanding, as well as literacy and web skills- Good verbal and written English communication skills- A team player mentality and can-do attitude- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills- The ability to communicate effectively via phone, in writing and face-to-face- A friendly, positive attitude with the drive to achieve high standards- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise your workload- An excellent eye for detail and an honest dispositionOther organisations may call this role eCommerce Trading Assistant, Online Trading Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, eCommerce Assistant, or Online Marketplace Assistant.Webrecruit and NW Security Group are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
