Job Description

Are you a nurturing, compassionate person who is dedicated to helping children with SEN engage, strive and accomplish during their time in schoolAre you passionate about working with and supporting children with additional needs or disabilitiesAre you an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) looking for an exciting new ECT role in SENDDo you want to work in an OUTSTANDING SEN school in WirralIf you are an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) who enjoys working with children and young people with communication difficulties, hearing and visual impairments, cognition needs, behavioural needs, complex physical and medical needs, or sensory processing disorders,keep reading to find out how!As an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) you will:

  • Motivate, engage and inspire your students.
  • Facilitate a well sequenced curriculum and child-centred learning.
  • Manage behaviour positively and in line with the schools ethos and procedures.
  • Ensure learning and lessons are well sequenced and meet the needs of children.
  • Adhere to professional practice standards and legislation, including confidentiality, safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion policies
