Job Description

Construction AdministratorAn excellent opportunity to for a Construction Administrator to join a well-established and growing business.You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a wealth of benefits

  • Office based in Bromborough 5 days per week (No weekends)
  • 08:30-17:30

Working with well-known clients such as John Lewis and Selfridges the role of the Construction Administrator will be as follows:
  • Organise paperwork for managers
  • Update multiple spreadsheets with data relating to work in progress and financial status of project
  • Complete templates with correct information ready to be sent to clients
  • Create certificates for completed works
  • Ensure all company vans are maintained, insured and MOTd as required
  • Ensure tools are fit for use
  • Track training courses for operatives and sub contractors
  • Book hotels and make parking arrangements for contractors going to site
  • Ordering of personal protective equipment
  • Dealing with dispatches from the office
  • General Support to Contracts Managers
To be successful in the Construction Administrator role you will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Previous experience in a similar Construction Administrator/Document controller/Project Admin type of role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Extremely organised and able to manage a large workload, alongside prioritising appropriately.
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Willingness to take initiative and contribute to process improvements.
  • Must be able to work comfortably within a team whilst also confident enough to take control of your own workload.
