Reed Legal are working with one of the UKs leading providers of insurance and legal services who have built a reputation for an ethical approach to personal injury litigation.Their workforce delivers a professional but personable service to their clients, and they have fostered a culture built on this ethos which makes for an enjoyable place to work.Role:Deal with all aspects of litigated and nonlitigated personal injury claims, predominantly RTA claims. Handling what are generally complex cases dropped from the portal which may be fast and/or low end multi track in value. The claims are complex in natureand time consuming with often overlapping symptoms/injuries, significant pre-existing problems, stayed cases and/or difficult clients. Portal experience is essential as several the cases referred into the team are stayed and require applications to lift orextend the stay. Have a good working knowledge of the CPR and/or and other relevant case law and/or legislation and progressing defences in a timely manner in accordance with the CPRResponsibilities:
