The successful applicant will have experience of working in Pelvic Health at a Band 6 or 7 level and be familiar and confident with assessment and treatment of a full range of conditions including women`s and men`s urinary continence and colorectal conditions.The successful candidate will require the skills and experience necessary to provide training and clinical support to a small team. They will be responsible for supervising and appraising staff.The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in the ongoing development of the team and to attend MDT meetings. They will be encouraged to undertake audit projects and help promote the service.The post-holder will have relevant postgraduate training and experience, with a broad range of proven specialist skills. In addition, they will have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organised and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
