Job Description

We are looking for a Change and Innovation Manager to join our busy team in Wirral.At Magenta Living we are transforming from good to brilliant. We have ambitions to deliver amazing services to our customers and in the Transformation Team our job is to give our customer facing colleagues the tools they need to achieve that.Salary: £46k to £50k depending on experienceChange and Innovation Manager Role:This is a new post and will focus on implementing a culture that is change ready and at the forefront of innovation in the social housing sector and beyond. Leading the newly formed Change and Innovation Team, this role will be key to developing and embeddingchange management and nurturing innovative ideas. Delivering a successful transformation programme depends on us having a great change management framework.We are investing in our transformation activities by adding key roles, such as this one, and procuring the best tools for our colleagues to use, making this a truly exciting time to work for Magenta Living. You will champion change and be a role model for your team and others. You will be an inspiring leader,who is able to motivate, coach and encourage your team to deliver against our project plans and corporate strategy.Change and Innovation Manager Benefits:
