Job Description

* £30,000 - £40,000 (£750 - £2,500 a month in OTE)* Wirral (Hybrid Working)* Working within an ambitious team, with high growth opportunities!Account / Project Manager - Digital MarketingLocation: Wirral, Merseyside (Hybrid Working)Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (+OTE)Requirements: Experience in Digital Marketing Account Management OR Project Management, with a knowledge of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Practices.The Client:We are excited to be partnering with a Wirral based digital marketing, lead generation agency. With their help, companys can generate leads and customers faster than any other service. They do this through:* Social Media Advertising* Search Engine Advertising* Strategic Customer Generation, utilising sales scripts and a dedicated team.* CRM integration - with dedicated lead reporting dashboardOpportunities within this business are endless, with up to £100k in retained business each month, they offer a supportive work environment, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career growth.The Role:This role will be responsible for overseeing all client accounts with a monthly retained value of £20-100k. You will be required to project and account manage, by maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and the delivery of high-qualityleads and services.Responsibilities:* Taking full briefs from clients and understanding their goals, objectives, and requirements.* Writing the brief into a project management workflow that is easy to follow for the client and the digital marketing team.* Project managing the workflow and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.* Owning the client relationship and being the main point of contact for any questions, concerns, or feedback.* Collaborate with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality leads that meet client expectations.* Upselling additional services and solutions where possible, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.* Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends and best practices in lead generation and client relationship management.The Ideal Candidate:* Previous experience in account management, project management or a related field in a digital marketing agency.* A well-versed knowledge of PPC, SEO, Paid Social and other Lead Generation practices within Digital Marketing.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders.* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.* A results-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance and use data to inform decision making.* A proactive attitude with a focus on identifying and acting on opportunities for growth and expansion.Whats on Offer for You:* An open and flexible business, by this, they mean if you find something you really like and are good at they can place you into that career.* Their modern office and benefits really create a happy culture within the business.* Flexible working hours (7.30-9.30am until 3.30-5.30pm)* Free onsite parking.* Friday drinks and beers in the office, they even have their own bar!* Mini gym in office.* Virtual reality headset and chill out area.* Pool table.This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about digital marketing and want more experience in client and project management!
