Waiter/Waitress - Fine Dining Waiting TeamLocation: Legoland Windsor, SL4 4AYHours: Full Time Flexible - working any 5 days out of 7 covering hours that can be between 07:00-23:00Pay: £9.00 per hour + pension, ongoing training and Merlin Magic Pass - 20 free tickets for you, your family and friends to enjoy all of our Merlin Attractions across the worldDo you have experience in working in fine dining restaurantsAre you looking for a new challengeTime to join one of the world’s largest leisure & entertainments providers!We are currently recruiting for experienced fine dining waiting team for an expanding Hotel Food & Beverage enterprise as we deliver exciting and brand-new concepts across our themed bars and restaurants within our two fantastic hotels.Reporting to the Hotel Food & Beverage Managers, Our Fine Dining waiting team will be experts on our restaurant’s menu’s and service cycle. When guests inquire about food choices, you will be able to explain ingredients, preparation techniques and available substitutions. You will know about daily specials or seasonal offerings not on the menu and convey information about these additional choices to our guests, offering suggestions to enhance the experience, such as which wine pairs well with a given entrée.What the job of Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress involves

  • Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest
  • Positively represent the restaurant through sharp grooming and uniform standards
  • Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage menu items
  • Be an expert on all dishes and have a keen knowledge on beverages to make recommendations
  • Apply a positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests
  • Relay and set up tables; maintain table cleanliness throughout and post service
  • Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
  • Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
  • Take orders at the table ensuring there are no mistakes
  • Input orders onto the POS system accurately and ensure the "bill" is correct

  • Experience of delivering a fine dining or silver service experience
