We combine high-touch consultancywith worldwide search capability and digital sourcing technologies to help you recruit better, faster and cost effectively.Job description:Morgan Philips are pleased to be working with a company in Windsor who are searching for a HR Business Partner to join them for 6 months on either a fixed term basis paying up to £65,000 or a day rate basis paying up to £400 per day. The role is home basedwith travel to offices as and when needed.The role of HR Business Partner will be to support the leaders and the business through a period of change. The role will be predominantly operational however you will need to have the ability to be strategic when needed including managing a variety of projects.The role will stabalise the team and offer a level headed approach to challenges as well as managing year end appraisals and salary review.The successful candidate for this role will be able to hit the ground running, juggling both projects and operational duties. Background in any industry will be considered for this role but what is most important to them is the cultural fit. You will needto be inclusive and supportive in your approach whilst taking hold of the challenges.
