Job Description

Temp Accounts AssistantWimbledon/Earlsfield£15 - £16 Immediate startAn incredible opportunity has arisen Temp Accounts Assistant to join a market leading company in Wimbledon.Key Responsibilities as a Temp Accounts Assistant:

  • Responsible for maintaining all aspects of Accounts Payable
  • Supervising and maintain all aspects of Accounts Receivable
  • Maintaining Stock control
  • Completing and conducting Bank reconciliations
  • Managing and overseeing project costing
  • Supporting the preparation of management accounts and month end duties
Key Requirementsas a Temp Accounts Assistant:
  • Good knowledge of timesheet software and upload to Sage
  • Good knowledge of Eque2 construction software would be useful
  • Must have excellent Sage 50 experience
