Senior Operations AnalystWimbledon£80,000 - £85,000 12 months FTCAimee Willow Connex are working with a litigation lender as part of a wider commercial finance group who are looking to wind down this part of the business over the next coming years and therefore honour the loans they have and carry on the business as usual,but not underwrite any new business.They are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join the team on a 12 month FTC with the view to having that contract extended and very likely to then have the opportunity to stay on permanently in the wider group.For this role, they would want you to gather the information but then also proactively come up with solutions across different projects, so they need for you to have strategic skills but also be very hands on. They need candidates who are used to using differentoperating models and dealing with lots of change.For the SeniorOperational Analyst, they are looking for a candidate who has consultancy experience, (ideally within the big 4) due to the work being very varied and managing multiple projects. You will be working alongside the MD and will be able to work within a team but also by yourself, analysing and presentingand liaising internally to get different viewpoints from departments. You will be looking at internal mapping, operational design and delivering training when needed.The candidate needs to be able to deal with uncertainty and getting stuck into owning and delivering tasks, often working alone.
