With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our clients needs with locallysourced seasonal menus. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.Job description:Your key responsibilities as the RecruitmentManager will include:- All site recruitment administration including the placing of adverts on our internal system, booking interviews and issuing application forms- Organising, arranging, and hosting open days to support the recruitment of permanent and casual team members- Assisting with the interview and hiring process for all site recruitment- Building and maintaining strong relationshipswiththird parties such as staffing agencies, colleges, and universities, and local organisations- Administering and maintaining our in-house payroll system, including processing new starters, leavers, changes, sickness, and holidays- Proactively build a pipeline and talent pool of potential candidates-Day to day management of the casual workforce including bookings, amendments, issuing of event instructions, and uniform requirements- Inputting hours worked into the payroll system and recording accurate payroll costs-Co-ordinating training requirements with all departments and planning the scheduled coursesProfile description:The skills and experience we are looking for in our future RecruitmentManager:-Previous experience required within a similar role- A self-starter who is self-confident, logical, systematic, and precise- Excellent communication and relationship skills- Experience of working within a retail service environment is desirable- Ability to adapt quickly to changeWe offer:As part of your package, we are offering a salary up to £35,000 per annum.As well as an enjoyable place to work, Elior offer a comprehensive benefits package including access to offers, promotions and discounts to retail and leisure providers.Holidays 28 days (including Bank Holidays) and increasing to 31 days after 2 years service, life assurance, colleague pension enrolment.As Recruitment Manager, you are also eligible for Childcare Vouchers andEye Care Vouchers.
