The Role Joining the team at RULE means your day will be fast-paced an varied. Some of the key responsibilities include;
  • Writing and post job adverts on our advertising platforms
  • Attending client meetings in the city
  • Calling and screening candidates who have applied for jobs
  • Shortlisting the most suitable candidates for the job
  • Booking interviews with our clients
  • Preparing candidates for interviews
  • Taking interview feedback
  • Get your candidate a great job! & earn commission for a job well done!

  • Graduated recently with a 2:2
  • Experience working in a commercial environment is beneficial but we also love to see people who have worked in hospitality, retail, set up your own company, etc!

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sporty/competitive nature
  • Experience working in sales is highly beneficial e.g car sales/ telesales/ door2door sales, etc. (but not a must have)
