Job Description

    • As a PMO Specialist, you will work across Deltatres OTT division acting as a key coordination point for our global demand lifecycle. Working in a dynamic, agile environment you will need to bring teams together to drive results using strong management and excellent communication skills.
  • Manage and drive the OTT Global demand lifecycle, ensuring all vacancies are raised in a timely manner adhering to globally defined processes, and tracked and managed through to completion
  • Ensure all vacancies are created and tracked in our systems (Netsuite and Jira), running weekly Demand calls to manage progress and clear communication
  • Drive teams to ensure our system (Netsuite) is kept up-to-date, with accurate planned allocations and actual utilisation. This will involve working with multiple stakeholders across different levels
  • Drive teams to manage capacity in a timely manner, and identify capacity opportunities for the global demand process
  • Produce weekly and monthly status reporting both on Demand and Capacity
  • Be the conduit between HR and OTT Delivery for all vacancies and capacity management
  • Manage and drive standardisation and Global governance use of Jira as a Project Tool with the aim to pioneer what we do and how we do it
  • Drive 2020 migration process for all divisions on to one Jira
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Chair and co-ordinate large meetings and conference calls, keeping detailed minutes for all meetings and distributing to stakeholders
  • Be articulate, results driven with an ability to communicate at different levels
  • PMO experience is essential
  • Clear and demonstrable experience of driving for results, exception communication skills and managing multiple stakeholders
  • First class understanding and proven experience of budget and capacity management
  • Excellent understanding of Excel to produce results, analyse and then summarise in a report
  • Experience and/or solid understanding or agile practices
  • An understanding of digital media, including web technologies, online streaming and apps
  • Experience of Jira is required
  • Experience of Netsuite is desirable

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent Formal Agile qualification highly desirable
