Job Description

Operations AdministratorWimbledon£30,000 - £50,000Full-Time Permanent As Operations Administrator you will work closely with the commercial team to ensure timely responses to quotation requests and tenders. You will also support with the smooth on-boarding of new clients.Key Responsibilities as a Operations Administrator

  • Ensure all leads and enquiries are proactively responded to and ensure quotes and tenders are submitted in an accurate and timely manner
  • Work with other departments to ensure costs are accurately captured in quotes
  • Follow-up on all leads
  • Ensure CRM Database is kept updated
  • Work with BDM’s to ensure all documentation is complete
  • Expand sales database by developing contacts and relationships via social media, marketing, email and telephone contact
  • Work alongside marketing to ensure website enquiries are actively followed up
  • Assist with tenders and quotes
  • Rates management
  • Client review meetings
  • Market research
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in the commercial side of offshore, oil and gas, wind or similar companies essential
  • Sales Admin, Business Development support experience
  • CRM’s
  • Quotes and Tenders experience
  • Contracts, rates and costings
  • High-level of PC literacy, specifically Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of other IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of role
  • Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good work ethic
