Job Description

Responsibilities - Office AssistantServe as the point person for Operational duties including, but not limited to:

  • Client Invoicing
  • Supplier negotiations/payments/management
  • Book keeping(Sage&Xero)/expenses
  • Financial reporting
  • Social Media management (maintain/post/manage corporate social sites)
  • Manage company website-maintain content/job posts
  • Posting adverts on various job site platforms-Reed, Indeed, Guardian, Milkround etc
  • Staff communications/contracts/holiday charts/administration etc
  • Mail and Electronic MailShots
  • Office Equipment and supplies
  • Organising staff events/ incentives
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Update and maintain office documents and policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures

  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Maintain an effective office environment for staff to fulfil their role.
Requirements - Office Assistant

  • Knowledgeofofficeadministratorresponsibilities,systems and procedures
  • Financial management and reporting
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (MSWord, Excel and Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g.printers, computers, phones)
  • Knowledge of social/digital media sites and website content (non-technical)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
