  • We are looking for an experienced Lister to cover the centre of Wimbledons vibrant property market dealing with exclusive commuter apartments through to beautiful period homes in this fantastic role
  • OTE £50,000 pa
  • Basic Salary £30,000 - £35,000 pa
  • Great commission package
  • 5 day working week
  • Company car or car allowance
This is an exciting opportunity for an Estate Agent with good valuation and sales experience to join a well established company that is known for its high standards of customer service and professionalism.For this role you will need to:
  • Have a successful track record of listing and taking on residential properties in a similar high quality area
  • Have great experience of successfully valuing properties and gaining instructions
  • Be keen to deliver the levels of customer service and legal compliance that this company prides itself on
  • Have excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner
  • Have a UK driving licence
  • Local knowledge of the Wimbledon area would be an advantage
