Job Description

Group Financial Accountantc£50,000+Raynes ParkHybrid working 3:2 and flexible hours on offer along with excellent benefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the compliance, financial dynamics and business strategy of the Reed group and to have an impact on those. The Groups activities include the provision of specialist recruitment solutions, digital recruitmentand learning, and, in partnership with local authorities and the government, the delivery of programmes that positively transform people and their communities.Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the external audit of the groups annual financial statements
  • Project manage activities undertaken by the group finance team
  • Provide support to group finance in their production of periodic management accounts
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders and external parties, including professional advisors, auditors and company directors.
  • Assist with wider group responsibilities including treasury and investments
We are looking for a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with previous practice experience or in-house accounting specialist. You will need working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards with excellent communication skills, analysis and problem solvingskills along with superb attention to detail.In return we offer flexible working, including core hours and location flexibility, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a flexible holiday scheme and many other benefits.
