Job Description

Ecommerce ExecutiveWimbledonSalary circa £40,000 Hours: 9am-5pm Mon-FriPossible hybrid working after initial learning period.Holiday: 22 days per annum plus bank holidays.Bonus scheme, life insurance, private medical insurance.An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, multi-talented person with the right attitude and work ethic to help continue growth within our fast-moving business. As a result of recent expansion, we now require an Ecommerce Executive to maintain andimprove the efficiency of our team. You will ideally come from an SME background with experience of Magento.Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Executive

  • Creating effective listings for a new product on eCommerce platforms.
  • Maintaining and optimising existing product listings, copy, imagery and keywords
  • Working with agencies to analyse and optimise PPC & SEO performance
  • Regulating prices based on profit margins, competitors pricing, and stock availability
  • Conducting regular competitor research
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and ROI
  • Producing sales reports for management, and proposing new growth strategies
  • Work with agencies to recommend and make changes to our website to increase conversion
Required Skills of the Ecommerce Executive
  • Ability to use Adobe Photoshop to create high quality graphics.
  • Management of external Agencies e.g., Development, PPC, SEO
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. (pivot tables, formulas etc)
  • Knowledge of one or multiple ERP / CRM / ecommerce software
  • Utilising tools such as Google Analytics and Excel create insight
  • General experience of working in an eCommerce environment
  • The ability to write copy and concise keyword rich product descriptions / key points
  • Solid configuring, problem solving and organisational skills
Desirable Skills of the Ecommerce Executive:
  • Forecasting experience
  • Online marketplaces experience
  • Have experience using Magento eCommerce platform.
  • Experience in the building / construction materials sector
