Air Product ExecutiveBase Salary to £24,000 + Bonuses OTE £30,000Hybrid - Part Remote and Part Office - South West LondonMy client is luxury award winning cruise company who work with both travel trade partners and direct consumers.They are now recruiting for Air Product Executives to join their team as the travel industry rebounds.The Air Product Executives are responsible for assisting guests through their booking, managing, and issuing air arrangements, offering support to guests by being a first point of contact for any pre-departure air queries.Air Product Executives also earning bonuses for an upgrades they sell, e.g. upgrading guests from economy to business class flights.To be considered for this role, applicants must have experience in a similar role with working knowledge of a GDS.The role is offered on a hybrid basis, part remote and part office.Occasional weekend is required in this role with time off in lieuAir Product Executive Duties and Responsibilities:Liaising with guests to provide support via phone, email, and outbound contact methodsProvide additional support to the Sales and Guest Services teams by advising on flight routings, airlines, travel class upgrades, pricing, and ticketing rulesQuality check air bookings against itinerary guidelinesBook and issue air tickets accurately using the GDS (Sabre) and an internal automated ticket systemMaximise revenue and margin opportunities by researching live air availability and by promoting travel class upgrades via inbound and outbound telephone contactManage flight amendments, schedule changes, cancellations, and refunds as per Viking guidelinesAir Product Executive Experience Required:Experience of using a GDS system (Sabre, GAL, Amadeus or WorldSpan)Administration or ticketing experience within a tour operator, travel agency, business travel or airlineExperience of dealing with customers directly and an ability to provide high standards of service via verbal and written communication (advantageous) Skills:Strong verbal and written communicator, articulate with good interpersonal skillsAir Product Executive Salary and Benefits:Base salary to £24,000Bonuses of up to £500 per month20 days annual leave rising to 25 daysPensionFam trips and discounted travelHybrid workingTo apply for the Air Product Executive role, please email your CV and a member of the team will be in contact to discuss your application.
