Job Description

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Starting Salary £20,000 + Leading Uncapped Commission Structure (Paid Monthly) + BenefitsLocation: Wilmslow Office (Cheshire)We expect you to be making over £30k in year 1, £50k+ in year 2 and £80k+ from year 3 onwards. No previous recruitment or sales experience is required for this role, although sales experience will often help you get off to a faster start!We have a proven training & development system which guarantees your success as a recruitment consultant if you are prepared to put in the hard work that is required and accept our expert guidance. Your basic salary will increase regularly as you progress through the ranks and our uncapped monthly commission scheme is one of, if not the best on the market.Highly ambitious and motivated individuals with evidence of hard work and the determination to succeed will be given expert training from our experienced Business Directors and Senior Recruitment Consultants, to develop the skills and knowledge to be a successful specialist recruitment consultant.What We Offer
