We work in partnership with thousands of schools and Local Authorities in order to find you your perfect role.As a Primary School Teacher you’ll be expected to:• Teach all areas of the school curriculum• Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment• Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges• Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation• Maintain discipline• Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils’ development• Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area• Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum• Liaise with colleagues and working flexibly, particularly within smaller schools.All teachers must have the following:• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant classroom experience• Be registered with the Education Workforce Council for 2022/2023 year• Hold a current enhanced DBS certificate, which is registered to the Update Service or be willing to complete a new DBS through Education Staffing Partnership• Ability to provide 2 professional references• Desire to make a difference and inspireIn return REED Education can offer you:• Fully funded CPD courses• A dedicated Primary Consultant with excellent knowledge of the sector• DBS paid by Reed after 20 days of work• Competitive rates of pay• NQTS are welcome and encourage to apply.If you would like to discuss this further then please click apply now!
