Job Description

Financial Business Partner | Wilmslow | £50,000 - £60,000A logistics and manufacturing business is looking for a fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Financial Business Partner.Candidate Profile;

  • Managing budgets, maintaining current systems and look to improve current systems
  • General expense budgeting, purchase order monitoring and expense result analysis
  • Give regular feedback to Finance Planning Manager on progress of assigned profit/cost centres
  • Monthly P&L reports across different departments
  • Monthly reconciliation of relevant balance sheet
  • Annual financial planning & forecasting
  • Review & Assess various project / tender proposals
  • Undertake strategic managerial accounts analysis and assist with strategic planning and reporting
  • Monthly closing results reconciliation and reports
  • Produce detailed in depth reports to drive profit improvement
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions to automate team process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability
  • Work closely with financial accountants to assist in their statutory reporting
  • Assist with internal / external auditors where necessary
  • Meet Finance Planning objectives
Main duties for the Management Accountant role consist of;
  • CIMA/ACCA Qualified
  • Experience of leading a team is preferred but not essential
  • Prior business partnering experience preferred
