Bar & Events Manager, Cambridgeshire, up to £28,000 plus benefits I am looking for a Bar Manager to join the senior management team of this stunning luxury destination bar and events business. As Bar Manager you will work closely with the General Manager & Owner ensuring effortless and seamless service to clients and guests alike. You will use your experience in the industry to teach and coach your team to ensure excellent service at all times, anticipating the customers needs and ensuring these are met.You will help to generate a culture of fun and energetic service, ensuring the business increases its position of number one bar in the area. You will use your experience in the luxury bar market & beverage knowledge to be able to lead from the front, confidently talking to guests & upsellingAs bar manager you will have a good understanding or wines, spirits and cocktails, and ideally have WSET Level 2 as well as good mixology experience and a passion for designing bespoke cocktailsThe role does include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as standard, and due to location you will need to be a car driverAs well as a great salary of up to £28,000, this role offers 6 weeks holiday, an industry leading benefits and perks platform, pension, free uniform and parking as well as a great training and development package then please apply to Jonathan at our SelectCambridge office
