Senior Residential Care Workers WantedWell established and reputable client is looking for Senior Residential Care Workers for their Childrens Home in Ashford, Kent. The role of Senior Residential Care Worker is one where you will continue to enhance your leadership skills and be a role model for the team. You will make a positive impact on the lives of Young People, giving them the nurturing they need in order to progress through adolescence, while supporting and supervising your team. My client puts the needs and safety of the Young People at the forefront of everything they do, so being consistent in your practice is key in order to get the best outcomes for the Young People. You will need to have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Children and Young People in the Workforce qualification to be considered for this role. The location of the home is central and accessible by public transportAs well as a competitive starting salary, rising to £26,276 with length in service, you will also benefit from 30 days annual leave allowance for a great work and home life balance (inclusive of Bank Holidays). To further enhance your earnings, you will also benefit from an additional financial allowance for Sleep Ins! A comprehensive training package is offered that will lead you to develop your professional career.
