Senior Residential Support Worker VacancyA new exciting opportunity has risen.My client is looking to appoint a Senior Residential Support Worker for Young People in the Ashford, Kent area.The Care Home specialises in Young People with some Emotional Behaviour Disorders (EBD).The ideal candidate will join in the effort to ensure the smooth running of the Home in order to provide an excellent standard of care for the Young People. This role is rewarding and aims to further develop your skills and abilities. You will work as a team with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the Care of the Young People is put at the forefront of everything.Along with 33 days of Annual Leave entitlement, including Bank Holidays, you will also benefit from a comprehensive training package that can include an NVQ level 4 to further your knowledge and development on your previously obtained NVQ level 3. A competitive starting salary is on offer, rising to £26,276 with length in service. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to further enhance your wages by getting a premium rate for Sleep Ins.As well as joining this well-established team, which will be support you and your development, you will also be a role model and supervisor to the Staff team and more importantly to the Young People in your care. It is essential you contribute to the development and nurturing of the Young People, giving them the tools to develop meaningful relationships with the Staff Team and their Peers.
