Job Description

Human Resources AssistantSouth Regional Office - Ashford We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join the team within our South Regional Office at Ashford. Working 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, The Human Resources Team provides support and advice to all employees across the South Region.

  • Processing of staff changes for employees onto the ITrent Data system
  • Arrange employee relation related meetings with employees on behalf of the company.
  • Take notes during employee relation related meetings.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in relation to any formal investigations or action that is carried out.
  • Conducting the 3 yearly DBS renewal applications for employees
  • Provide support in the management of poor attendance throughout the company.
  • Referral to Occupational Heath
  • Liaise with the management teams about new employees’ probationary periods and confirm them in post.
  • Conduct exit interviews for staff that are leaving and collate statistical data on why people leave the company.
  • Update relevant spreadsheet.
  • Monitor legal working for employees within the region
  • Completing references for employees.
  • Undertake any other duties required to effectively support the Human Resources
