The position is with a national Surveying company who are responsible for the Residential Valuations for a major Estate Agents, looking after their Mortgage clients Nationally: 78 surveyors but have budget to increase to 100 / 120.Due to the buoyant nature of the industry this progressive organisation is looking for experienced Residential Valuation Surveyors to join their expanding team. You will work regularly on Mortgage Valuations & Home Buyer’s Reports, with the option to take on Building Surveys if you have the experience.This is a home based role but you will be provided with mobile, laptop, tablet, printer, and any additional tools necessary. Work is allocated as close to your home address as possible with a genuine focus on keeping travelling to a minimum.This organisation puts a high level of focus on maintaining a good work life balance. A little Scheme 3 building surveying but only if Surveyor has the desire and experience. Work on 1 surveyor 1 postcode and like them to live near to the patch. It is important that their surveyors have a good work life balance. Generally 4- 5 appointments a day.List of benefits:Salary up to £55,000 plus:1. A commission scheme of 35% of the average of the net fee per point, per month over a target of 91.66 points per month (1100pa/12).2. An incentive scheme for all introduced work of 25% of the fee, net of vat and referral costs.3. A company car or allowance. A choice of a 3,2 or 1 series BMW whilst the car allowance is £400 pm4.
