Service Desk Co-ordinatorLocation: WigstonSalary: £20,000 - £21,000 DOEHours: Full time, Monday to Friday8:00am4:00pm with half an hour lunchOngoing Temporary VacancyAre you an organised and methodical person Do you enjoy engaging with people over the telephone Are you seeking a new challenge where no 2 days are the same If so, then this could be the role for you!Flowers Associates are currently seeking a Service Desk Co-Ordinator to join a growing company based in Wigston on a temporary basis, to manage and organise Engineers dairies for select postcodes as well as deliver high-quality customer service to customersand clients.Depending on internal movement and changes there is potential scope for this role to become permanent but, no guarantees.The Role:The take ownership of a select postcode area, managing and organising Engineers diaries as well as deliver high-quality customer service to customers and clients.The successful Service Desk Co-ordinator will be responsible for the following duties: Manage and organise the workload for the desks assigned post code area. Plan and schedule the Engineers diary with incoming jobs and emergency repairs. Manage and respond to incoming requests from customers via telephone, email, and portal. Log all jobs and emergency call outs on the portal to update the customers. Apply for permits to allow Engineers access to sites. Basic administrative duties. Support and liaise with team members to ensure all emergency jobs have been assigned to the correct Engineer. Provide accurate and order specific information to customers.The ideal Candidate will:Have previous experience of working within an office environment as an Administrator or within a customer service role. It is essential for the candidate to have excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership of their own workload, being extremelyorganised and methodical. The ideal candidate will have basic IT skills of Microsoft packages, Outlook, and knowledge of using internal CRM systems, however, the internal systems and portals used by this company will be taught.Additional Information: Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays Auto-enrolment Pension Scheme after probation period Free onsite parking.
