Job Description

Sales Team LeaderWigston£30,000 + Bonuses MondayFriday08:0016:30(WFH predominately but you will be required to WFO a couple of times per month)The ClientMy client is a global e-commerce business who has gone through phenomenal growth since opening their UK offices 5 years ago.Due to customer demand, they are now looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join them on a full-time permanent basis.This is a B2B position, where your main responsibility will be to supervise the sales team ensuring they maximise all sales opportunities.You will also design a strategy for lapsed clients to encourage spend.The Candidate

  • Previous experience within a line management role within a sales team (minimum two years preferred).
  • Proven record of report writing and delivery.
  • Proven record of delivering on growth and retention targets.
  • Sales and customer experience focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, whilst supporting team goals and objectives.
  • Ability to multi-task and process a high volume of enquiries.
  • Excellent eye for detail when dealing with several tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm and deal courteously with people whilst working under pressure.
  • Conscientious, enthusiastic and a self-starter.
  • PC literateexperience of SAP and Salesforce advantageous.
