Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough property valuations utilising in-depth market knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert advice on property values.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure precise pricing and a competitive market position.
