Job Description

Early Years / KS1 TeachersAre you an experienced Early Years / KS1 practitioner with QTSCan you get to schools in and around LeicesterWould you like to work in a range of Good’ and Outstanding’ primary schools where all teachers are respected and valued

  • Long-term and day-to-day Primary Teacher bookings
  • EYFS - Nursery and Reception and KS1
  • Schools based in Leicester
  • £120 - £190 per day dependent on pay scale
  • Your own personal consultant dedicated to finding you the work you want, where you want it
Smile Education are working with a range of primary schools across Leicestershire who regularly require qualified teachers to work in both Early Years settings as well as Key Stage 1. As with all schools there is a combination of day-to-day supply needsalong with longer term placements to support with sickness and long-term absences.I personally visit all the schools I work with which gives me a greater understanding of the type of teachers they like, the demographics of the pupils and the expectations of the school. This means a better fit for the teachers I work with and happier schools.If you’re an ECT or you’re interested in creating a fantastic work-life balance, have demands outside of work that require flexibility in your work then working for Smile could be the perfect option. We have placements on a day-to-day basis as well as longerterm positions - both full and part time.
