You will play an integral part of our Transforming Care Programme. The Programme has Positive Behaviour Support at its core,where we support people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs to move from long-term hospital stay/residential settings to live more independently.Although this can be a demanding and challenging environment to work in, it is an exciting opportunity to make huge, positive changes to these people’s lives, and be rewarded by seeing them flourish in their homes.We are currently recruiting for 30 hours a weekThis really is a unique career opportunity for people who have the passion and commitment to develop their skills and make a lasting positive contribution to the lives of others.
