Job Description

The Individual Giving Manager must keep the cash coming in. Because without cash the operations will cease. And the Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for developing on and offline events, generating income from individual donations.The Individual Giving Manager will work closely with others internally and externally to deliver events. And in joining this crew, you will be passionate about helping some of the most vulnerable members of our society.This charity treats their employees like adults and therefore you will have autonomy of your diary but as a guide the following work pattern is anticipated:

  • WFH - 2 to 4 days per week
  • Travel - 1 to 3 days per week is required between Leicester, Birmingham and Nottingham with an office visit once per week
Your new roleThis charity embraces individuals from a variety of backgrounds but experience from fundraising or a membership organisation is mandatory.The key responsibilities of the Individual Giving Manager are:
  • Direct marketing within a membership environment
  • Arranging events
  • Project Management
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Further details available on request.Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Individual Giving Manager helps to form the commercial heartbeat of the charity. Its exciting but will require resilience as fundraising is challenging and relentless. Because your KPIs and targets will keep the wheelsmoving for this charity.The dedicated crew of employees and volunteers in this charity are hugely passionate about the people that they support and have a sense of humour. This helps on those challenging days as they stand united together and support each other.Key Benefits
  • Fixed Salary = £28,938 (37.5 hours per week)
