Job Description

Fundraising is the lifeblood of this charity. And in joining this tribe, you will be passionate about helping some of the most vulnerable members of our society.The Fundraising Officer must keep the cash coming in. Without cash the operations will cease. And the Fundraising Officer will be responsible for identifying corporate entities to target and generate additional funding.Working from home and part-time hours is offered:

  • WFH - 3 to 4 days per week
  • Travel - 1 to 2 days per week is required between Leicester, Birmingham and Nottingham.
  • Office - once per month
  • Contracted hours - A minimum of 30 hours per week is required with a maximum of 37.5 hours.
Your new roleThis charity embraces individuals from a variety of backgrounds but the non-negotiable is having experience in business development.The key responsibilities of the Fundraising Officer are:
  • To maintain existing relationships with corporate businesses
  • To identify, engage and generate new corporate donors
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders
  • Recording income on the charities database and thanking donors.

Its exciting but will require resilience as fundraising is challenging and relentless. Because your KPIs and targets will keep the wheels movingfor this charity.The dedicated crew of employees and volunteers in this charity are hugely passionate about the people that they support and have a sense of humour. This helps on those challenging days as they stand united together and support each other.Key Benefits
