Job Description

Although experience would be preferred they may consider a trainee.They are forward thinking, innovative, dynamic and Market Leaders! They are seeking an additional member to join their ever growing team!They are now searching for a friendly, motivated Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team. As a Sales Negotiator you will play a key role in helping our vendors and applicants buy and sell properties whilst providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying and selling properties by conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and facilitating smooth transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them throughout the sales process.
  • Actively seek out potential buyers and sellers, using various channels such as referrals, networking, and online platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Prepare and present property details to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the local market.
  • Proficient in using technology.
