Do you have previous experience in customer serviceIf so, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a friendly team based in Wigston, Leicester.The role of Customer Service Coordinator focuses on liaising with customers and Account Managers regarding the logistics of products and supporting with administration tasks. Experience of dealing with customer feedback and ensuring timely responses is an importantelement of the role. They trust everyone equally and fairly and encourage their people to be truly creative and think outside the box.Whats on offer...Job type: PermanentSalary: CompetitiveWork environment: Office-basedLocation: Wigston, LeicesterKey Responsibilities* Liaise with customers, Account Managers, site operations and transportation with regards to sales order matters.* Daily communication with customers to update delivery schedules in parallel with stock availability.* Process sales orders on to the system and manage intervening processes through to delivery.* Maintain and update customer-specific regulatory product files, maintain end-user declarations as applicable.* Support customers with any queries/requests and ensure all transactions are processed in a timely and professional manner.* Co-ordinate regular catch ups with assigned Area Account Managers to support with customer information and feedback, to develop pro-active sales strategy.* Implement, progress and assist resolution of customer complaints in conjunction with the sales, operations and supply chain teams.* Manage sales admin paperwork - despatch of sales order PODs, customer invoicing and container return credits.Skills, Qualifications & ExperienceEssential* Customer Service experience.* Excellent computer skills.* Forward thinker and ability to resolve issues/problems.* Excellent attention to detail.* Ability to work individually or as a part of a team.* Ability to communicate at any level.Desirable* Chemical knowledge.* Fast paced manufacturing/distribution facility experience.* Process and chemical awareness.
