Customer Service Centre AdvisorLocation: Wigston, LE18Salary: £20,250 per annumHours: Full time, 35 hours a week, 9-5pmMonday to Friday with working from home - 2/3 days in office, 2/3 days from home - Fridays always at homeType: FTC until 31st March 2023Are you able to build strong relationships with customers Do you know your way around a computer and have strong IT skills Are you immediately available If so, this is the role for you!Flowers Associates are currently hiring a Customer Service Centre Advisor for a well-established company based in Wigston, LE18, on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2023.The RoleThe successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the following duties: Managing and responding to incoming queries and making sure customer outcomes are achieved via e-mail and telephone. Proactively checking and updating customer information Provide accurate and order-specific updates/information to customers Taking payments for memberships, training licenses, workbooks, courses, and certificates Information on how to join the companyThe ideal Candidate will: Previous experience in Customer Services / Call centres Excellent communication skills: verbal and written Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office Organise, prioritise, and manage your time well We are looking for a Can do Attitude, you are able to take ownership and accountability Be able to follow processes in a timely and efficient mannerExtra information: 30 Minute bus ride from Leicester City Centre Free parking on site Hybrid working available once competent
