Job Description

Plug Me In (part of Calisen group) is expanding its range of activities in line with its mission to deliver Smarter Energy for All.An opportunity has become available for a Team Leader to join Plug Me In. This is a permanent role based in Wigan, working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis. The salary is £30,000 - £35,000 and will be based on your expertise and experience in similar positions.This role is critical to the growth and success of the PMI team. It is responsible for ensuring the team are working productivity, to SLA’s hitting KPI’s and driving performance. This person will be responsible for minimising customer complaints and maximisingboth office and field productivity through efficient scheduling.Performance management is an important part of this role, as well as coaching and developing team members to thrive.Key Responsibilities

  • Team management
  • Track performance against team KPI’s
  • Ensure SLA’s are adhered to
  • Daily check ins
  • Individual target setting and monitoring
  • Responsible for team performance
  • Own and drive a culture of continuous improvement and change management
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant company policies
  • Motivate and engage your team to build a culture of mutual trust in a safe working environment
  • Strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external customers including being able to take responsibility for resolution of customer complaint escalations.
