Their services include, responsive repairs,void refurbishments, compliancy services and planned maintenance works.Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

  • Senior Planner Experience Essential
  • Social Housing Experience Essential
  • Repairs Handling Experience Essential
Key Accountabilities will include: Clearly establish the company has the experience and resources to carry out the project successfully Identify the advantages for the client and clients team if Wates are awarded the contract Demonstrate a full understanding of the project and client needs and assess viable alternatives that could give Wates a competitive advantage. Accurately assess site preliminaries including cost of scaffolding, major plants, temporary electrics etc. Obtain programme advice from key trade contractors/supplier.
