  1. Leading and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of highway and drainage systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conducting thorough site evaluations, analysing data, and preparing comprehensive reports to support design decisions.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of highway and drainage systems into broader project plans.
  4. Managing and mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and facilitating their professional growth.
  5. Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates to support project proposals and presentations to clients.
  6. Participating in client meetings and effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on highway and drainage design.
  3. Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
  4. Proven expertise in designing and managing highway and drainage projects, including knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address project challenges.
  6. Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients.
  7. Professional engineering licensure or eligibility for licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
