Are you a support worker based in Wigan Are you looking for a new challenge Are you experienced support workerIf you answered yes to any of the questions, then Reed Health and Care project for you!The project is to support a young person based in Wigan focusing on supporting with the transition from a secure unit to being based in home-based setting. The project will be providing 24/7 care for a young person with various challenges including behaviourthat challenges, epilepsy and learning disabilities.About the role and you: Provide a supportive and enriching environment to support the young person in the transition. Ensure that effective recording and ensure that premise is remain secure and safe Be available for to be part of a full-time team covering 40 hours a week ether days or nights You must have experience in supporting young people with ether trauma, ADHD, Behaviour that Challenges, Epilepsy, communication challenges and Autism You must have good communication skills and able to record detailed information. Be able to pass suitable background check. You must be able to drive and have access to own vehicle.
