With plans to nearly double in size in the coming years, this is an unparalleled opportunity to be part of a well-established yet flourishing organisation.The Project Managers Role:The successful Project Manager will find themselves at the heart of exciting projects, working across high-end fit outs, refurbishments, and new builds. This role demands a candidate who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in these areas, withthe ability to manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.The Project Manager will:

  • Lead projects across high-end fit outs, refurbishments, and new builds, ensuring all are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and promote a culture of safety on site.
  • Drive team performance, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
Required Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end fit out, refurbishment, and new build projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field) are highly desirable.
