Job Description

A new B2B Marketing Manager position for an SME Telecommunications company based in Wigan. This will be a full mix Marketing role involving campaign management, and implementing the overall marketing strategy.Client DetailsWe are partnering with a dynamic and innovative telecommunications company based in the North West. Our client We pride themselveson delivering exceptional customer experiences while staying ahead of the industry curve.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will include:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to support the companys overall business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, case studies, white-papers, and website content.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead conversion and pipeline growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing, telecommunications, and related sectors.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximising ROI targets.
ProfileThe successfull Marketing Manager will have the following background / experience:* Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.* Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the telecommunications, technology, or related industries.* Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different marketing channels.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.* Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.* Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.Job OfferOn offer for the successful Marketing Manager:
