We are working with a well established Social Housing Contractor who specialise within decarbonisation/retrofit of properties. The company have an exciting growth plan in place, and have seen their turnover increase steadily over the past several years.The company already have a healthy order book of secured work for 2024.To sustain their growth, the company are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis.The Role:This will be based from the companys Lancashire offices and will be running multiple schemes in Manchester and Lancashire areas.The schemes will include: Solar PV Installation, Heat Pump Installation, EWI, IWI and Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation.The company are really passionate about internal promotion and developing their employees - there is a real opportunity to develop your career with this company.Experience Needed:Experience of managing Social Housing refurbishment contracts is essential, with decarbonisation experience ideal - you will need to have experience of managing multiple schemes and have experience working within tenanted properties.
