Construction Scheduler, Contracts ManagerOffice BasedNear WiganSalary £28,000 to £35,000Benefits, and free parkingFull time permanentOffice BasedConstruction Scheduler, Contracts Manager, Project Manager you will be responsible for managing timetables/schedules for Commercial Joinery projects ranging from fifty thousand pounds to one million pound plus contracts for prestigious manufacturer of commercial timber doors, doorsets, architectural ironmongery, washrooms, cubicals and bespoke joinery.Based in their modern offices alongside the manufacturing site you will be working within the Contracts and Estimators team. Tracking projects from start to completion for this professional, exciting and developing firm which has been established for over 25 years manufacturing and supplying quality products.RoleResponsible for contract scheduling, monitoring and delivery of project. Dealing with contracts for clients, architects and main contractors delivering projects within health, education, leisure, and other commercial sectors.Liaising and co-ordinating with customers and other departments, constantly monitoring progress, reviewing, and updating progress with internal team members, management, and architects/main contractors. Ordering of bespoke materials and preparation of production schedule for factory.SkillsApplicants are required to have previous experience of contracts management, project management, scheduling, from a construction, building or joinery background.You will also need good communication skills, IT skills in particular Excel and attention to detail.
