Join this Child Protection Team and make a real difference in childrens lives! Competitive Pay: Now offering an excellent rate of £40 per hour to our dedicated team members. Flexible IV and Start Date: Your convenience matters to us! You can schedule your initial interview at any time, and we have 6 managers ready to accommodate your availability. Start your journey with us ASAP, or if you need a few weeks, we can wait forthe right fit. Manageable Caseloads: We prioritise quality over quantity. Your caseload will be capped at 20 children, ensuring you can provide focused attention and care to each case. We never exceed 25 cases, so you can rest assured youll have the capacity to deliveryour best work. Hybrid Working: Embrace a balanced work-life approach with 2 days in the office and the rest conducting visits. Flexi time lets you work at your pace, with the option to take time off or accumulate TOIL. Structured Visits: To ensure the best support for the children and families, Child Protection visits occur every 10 days, and Child in Need (CIN) visits are scheduled every 4 weeks. Manage Your Diary: We trust your expertise! Youll have the autonomy to manage your own diary while participating in weekly team meetings and receiving monthly supervision, all conducted virtually. A New Locality Team: Were building a team dedicated to making a positive impact in the community, supporting children in need. Experienced and Committed Team: Join a group of passionate professionals with at least 2 years of post-qualified experience. The managers value commitment and seek individuals willing to stay for at least 6-9 months. Your experience in ChildProtection, Child in Need, care proceedings, Court work, and PLO will be highly valued. Driving Required: Youll need to be a driver to serve the community effectively. Office visits occur approximately once every 2 weeks, with a preference given to your area of caseloads.
