Job Description

Title: CAD TechnicianReport to: Engineering ManagerJob Title: CAD TechnicianLocation: Atherton, ManchesterSalary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annumJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeThe Company:Ascot Services provides market leading solutions across a number of disciplines that includes; facilities management, construction services, engineering services, planned preventative maintenance and environmental solutions, all with 24/7 dedicated clientsupport.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Responsibility and accountability for the delivery of the drawing process
  • Ensure effective communications within the engineering and project teams and the wider Ascot Services departments
  • Draft and prepare layout drawings of installations, showing components and devices as per specifications
  • Amend and re-issue layout drawings, ensuring correct revisions are noted
  • Ensure drawing registers are kept up to date and issued to relevant personnel
  • Compile O&M Manuals as required/instructed
The Candidate:
  • Two years minimum CAD experience in a similar role / background
  • Great communication skills
  • Very well organised
  • Team player
